Who qualifies to join the Enness AR network?
Our network is designed specifically for the industry’s most experienced brokers. We look for individuals and firms with a proven track record of advising high-net-worth clients, structuring complex debt, arranging bridging and short-term finance, or executing cross-border transactions.
This isn’t a model for those early in their careers. We’re built to add value to established professionals looking to scale, expand internationally, or reduce the regulatory burden. If you’re already at the top of your game, we can help you go even further.
Can I keep my own brand?
Absolutely. You trade under your own name and your own brand and retain full ownership of your marketing and client communications. We’ll support you, but we don’t interfere with your identity or how you run your business.
What permissions does Enness cover?
We hold full UK FCA permissions for debt-based regulated activity and support debt broking across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Dubai, Europe, and offshore centres.
While each country is different regarding regulation and expectations, our team has deep, hands-on experience navigating cross-border lending in a compliant, legally robust, and culturally aware way.
